This ONE Habit Will Change Your Life

There is a well-known way we drift away from ourselves and the life we actually want to live; it's called consumption.

When we consume more content than we create.

So the biggest secret to becoming more creative and productive is to stop numbing yourself with endless streams of digital content.

Listen; when you are at the end of your life, you will not think about all the funny reels with cute animals or all the hours you spent diving deep into conspiracy theories, right?

Stop endless scrolling. Stop saving images and content ideas that you then forget about, losing hours of your life to other people’s content instead of building your own dream life.

Most people spend time on their phone in the morning before getting out of bed, as well as on every little break during the day and again in the evening either while watching TV or just before going to bed. It is draining your brain and forces it into overwhelm and exhaustion.

Your brain is most creative when it is rested, when it has less input and more time to just be.

The more rested the brain, the more creative it becomes.

You don't need to watch another true crime mini series or see your favorite show for the third time. TIME is your biggest value.

Time is something you will never get back.

You can always get a new job, make more money, get new friends, but you will never get more time.

It's your finest responsibility in life to protect your time, and what you do with it matters.

I often hear from the women I coach; “It's hard for me to find the time to follow my dream….”

But the statistics show us that Women between 40 and 60 generally spend 4-6 hours daily on screens. That's 28-42 hours a week. In one month it is 112-168 hours!

And yet, so many women feel like they do not have time to follow their goals. No time to start. No time to change direction. No time to build what they dream about.

They then get overwhelmed instead of inspired and get stuck in overthinking from too much stimuli and input.

Then get angry with themselves for not taking action and then, while feeling bad, grab their phone to numb themselves even more. It's a spiral most of us know and have been stuck in at some point or another.

It's normal. But if you want to make something magical with this one and precious life you have - it needs to stop.

Full stop. No more wasting time on endless scrolling.

Use the time you free up to create something, fine-tune your talent, move your body, feel the grass under your feet, hug trees, meditate, dance, meet new people, have fun, learn a new skill - whatever makes your heart sing.

Time is the most valuable resource you have. Once it is gone, it cannot be reclaimed.

When you begin to protect it, even in small ways, things in your life will change.

You feel less overwhelmed. More present. More connected to what you actually want. And you become creatively inspired again.

Consuming = more likely to feel lack of motivation, low energy and unhappy.

Creating = more likely to feel vibrant, alive and inspired (even if you just create for yourself).

I see so many women in midlife slowly starting to doubt their place.

Not because they don’t have something valuable to offer. But because the world around them has changed.

She looks at how fast everything moves. The constant posting. The pressure to be visible all the time. The algorithms she don’t understand, and honestly don’t even want to understand.

So what often happens is, she end up consuming more content than she create. And she get stuck in that loop.

All the consuming makes her compare herself, doubting herself and somewhere along the way, a quiet thought appears:

Maybe it’s too late for me.
Maybe I’m behind.
Maybe I don’t have the energy for this anymore.

So she holds back.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

You don’t need to keep up with the pace of the world to build something meaningful.
You don’t need to be “on” all the time.
You don’t need to become someone else to stay relevant.

What you need is a different way.

A slower, more grounded way.
A way that honors your experience, your taste, your rhythm.
A way of creating and showing up that feels like you, not like a performance.

This is exactly what we step into during my 2-day workshop in June.

It’s for the woman who feels ready for a new chapter. Who knows she has something inside her, but needs clarity on how to express it now. Who wants to evolve, maybe even rebrand, but in a way that feels aligned, not exhausting.

Over two days, we create space for something new to evolve. To step out of the noise. To reconnect with your own voice, your own ideas, your own direction.

We look at what you’ve outgrown. What you want to carry forward. And what is ready to be redefined.

Not by following trends. But by trusting yourself again.

You don’t have to come with a perfect plan.

You just have to come with a willingness to explore what’s next.

Because you are not behind. You are not too old.

And you do not need to keep up with the fast paced world to be successful.

With Love, Christina
